• Annual multilateral conference held in New Delhi, India, since 2016
• Organized by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs of India

• Named after Raisina Hill is a prominent hill in New Delhi, India, which houses several important government buildings and landmarks. It is considered the political and administrative center of India
• The conference provides a platform for both formal (Track 1) and informal (Track 2) discussions. Track 1 involves government officials and policymakers, while Track 2 involves non-governmental experts and scholars.
• The Raisina Dialogue aims to be an inclusive platform, bringing together representatives from different continents, ideologies, and sectors to foster dialogue and collaboration.
• The Raisina Dialogue is considered one of the premier conferences in the Asia-Pacific region, providing a significant space for discussions on global governance, security challenges, and the evolving dynamics of international relations
