• Purpose: Awarded for exceptional merit or significant services to the Olympic Movement
• Grades: Gold, Silver, Bronze
  • Gold: Reserved for heads of state and exceptional circumstances
• Insignia: Collar/chain with Olympic rings and kotinos emblem (olive wreath)
• Recipients: Includes Nadia Comaneci, Carlos Arthur Nuzman, Indira Gandhi, Nelson Mandela
