• Phase 1: August 6-14, Sulur, Tamil Nadu
• Phase 2: August 29-September 14, Jodhpur
• Participants: 51 countries (30 participating, 18 observers)
• Participating Countries: Germany, France, Spain, UK, Australia, Greece, Singapore, UAE, USA
• Observing Countries: 18, including Quad nations
