Key Provisions
- Agricultural products meeting India’s National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP) standards can be sold in Taiwan as organically produced.
- Products meeting Taiwan’s Organic Agriculture Promotion Act standards can be sold in India as organically produced.
- Both countries allow display of respective organic logos (“India Organic” and “Taiwan Organic”).
