NEWS – Centre launches Integrated Pensioners’ Portal in collaboration with Bank of India, aims to digitalize pension services for the welfare of pensioners

• Bhavishya Platform:
  • This platform ensures end-to-end digitization of pension processing and payment, promoting transparency and efficiency.
  • Pensioner’s personal and service details are captured for online submission of pension forms.
  • Progress updates on pension sanction are provided via SMS/email, keeping retirees informed throughout the process.
  • The system minimizes delays in pension payments by ensuring transparency.
• CPENGRAMS:
  • Centralised Pension Grievances Redress and Monitoring System (CPENGRAMS) is an online platform for speedy grievance redressal and effective monitoring.
  • Pensioners can access CPENGRAMS for quick resolution of grievances and can appeal if dissatisfied with the redressal.
