OLYMPIC ORDER AWARD DETAILS
- Established: 1975
- Replaces: Olympic Diploma of Merit
- Purpose: Awarded for exceptional merit or significant services to the Olympic Movement
- Grades: Gold, Silver, Bronze
- Gold: Reserved for heads of state and exceptional circumstances
- Insignia: Collar/chain with Olympic rings and kotinos emblem (olive wreath)
- Recipients: Includes Nadia Comaneci, Carlos Arthur Nuzman, Indira Gandhi, Nelson Mandela
