NEWS – Karnataka launched Shiksha Co-pilot, an AI-powered digital assistant for teacher training. The initiative is a partnership between Sikshana Foundation and Microsoft Research India.

• The Chief Minister’s directive emphasized improving education in government schools using advanced technology.
• The AI-powered assistant aims to increase both teaching efficiency and student learning outcomes.

Phased Implementation

• Initial training for 1,000 teachers across Karnataka.
• Gradual roll-out to all teachers statewide.
