- An Emirates Airbus A380 aircraft will land at Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) for the first time in Bengaluru . A380 is the largest passenger aircraft in the world. The landing would also mark the commencement of operations of scheduled passenger services between Dubai and Bengaluru utilising the A380. Bengaluru will become the second Indian city to be served by the airline’s A380 aircraft, after Mumbai.
