This marks the first installation of this advanced iUS system in India. The iUS technology, led by Dr. Aliasgar Moiyadi’s team, provides real-time diagnostic information, making it a cost-efficient and vital tool for neurosurgeons, particularly in resource-constrained healthcare systems. It aids in precise tumour tracking, navigational assistance, and integration with brain mapping techniques for safer and more effective surgeries.
