The Chips to Start-ups (C2S) Programme, launched by MeitY in 2022, is building India’s semiconductor talent by providing hands-on chip-design training, promoting R&D, industry–academia collaboration, and supporting start-ups to strengthen the domestic semiconductor ecosystem.
