NEWS – Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy informed the Legislative Council that Karnataka witnessed 2,13,192 road accidents and 60,115 fatalities in the last five-and-a-half years.

- Higher vulnerability among youth
Departmental Efforts
- Joint initiatives by Transport, Police, Law, and Public Works departments have contributed to reducing accident numbers in recent years.
