NEWS – The Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) conducted successful field evaluation trials of the Nag Mk 2, an indigenously developed third-generation Anti-Tank Fire-and-Forget Guided Missile. Trials took place at the Pokhran Field Range in Rajasthan.
PERFORMANCE DURING TRIALS
- The missile demonstrated exceptional precision, successfully destroying all designated targets.
- Validated operational effectiveness at maximum and minimum ranges.
- Senior Indian Army officers witnessed the trials, which also evaluated the Nag Missile Carrier version-2 (NAMICA).
