- Prime Minister inaugurated the Bengaluru-Mysuru expressway. It is 6-10 lane access-controlled highway, developed by the ministry of road transport and highway. With a Length of 119 km, it is built on NH-275
- Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) is set to buy sprinkler vehicles with inbuilt tracking systems to combat increasing air and dust pollution in the city.
